Who processes the monthly payment and when?
Auto-billing is processed through our partners at Stripe, a world leader in secure payments. You can sign in at any time to change the card on file or update your profile here. Your card is securely stored through Stripe and we never see your payment information. No Stripe account is required - simply use your preferred credit card or debit card.
How do we send your treats?
There is no additional charge for subscription shipping and actually you get it shipped priority mail which is typically within 2-3 days. You will receive an email receipt of each shipment for your records and you can also access your past orders by logging in to our site.
When will I be billed?
The payment method on file will be charged on the 15th of each month. All shipments go out the immediately following Monday so you will be enjoying fresh coffee before the end of the week:)
What if I want specific treats in my subscription or cancel a subscription?
Now worries! For any changes in the selected treats, please use our contact form. Your subscription can be canceled at any time either by using our contact form or sending an email to email@example.com. We will be happy to assist you in any way.
