Guarana + Acai + Strawberry + Maca + Banana + Lucuma

Guarana?
Guarana is primarily used to boost energy. It has two times more caffeine than coffee beans, with its content rate at 2-5%. These seeds are about the size of coffee beans, but they contain more than twice as much caffeine. As a supplement, guarana is considered "generally recognized as safe" by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The guarana vine originated in the Amazon basin, where local people have long taken advantage of its stimulating properties. A 17th century Jesuit missionary noted that guarana gave members of an Amazon tribe "so much energy, that when hunting, they could go from one day to the next without feeling hungry." The plant directly stimulates the central nervous system and may be taken in small doses to fight fatigue and increase activity levels.
Acai?
By helping the body remain more resilient to the effects of free radicals, acai is beneficial for nearly every bodily system: cardiovascular, endocrine, digestive, neurological, immune, etc. And when it comes to acai’s anti-aging effects, good things come in small packages: Studies show antioxidants in acai are able to enter human cells in a fully functional form and to perform oxygen quenching functions even at very low doses. Acai berry is useful for preventing early signs of aging and helping with skin regeneration. For millenia people have used antioxidant-rich foods and herbal treatments, including acai, both topically and internally to prevent skin degradation and keep skin resilient and healthy looking.
Strawberry?
Strawberries are a low glycemic index food and high in fiber, which helps to regulate blood sugar and keep it stable by avoiding extreme highs and lows. Strawberries are a smart fruit choice for diabetics, as they have a lower glycemic index than many other fruits. Due to their high potassium content, strawberries are recommended to those with high blood pressure to help negate the effects of sodium in the body. Vitamin C is the superstar of this superfood. Just one cup of these red beauties satisfies the daily requirement for vitamin C (74 milligrams per day for women, 90 for men)! Studies suggest the antioxidant helps build and repair the body's tissues, boosts immunity, and fights excess free radical damage. And the vitamin C in strawberries could help promote healthy eye function *
Maca?
Maca is very different from other types of energizers on the market. It contains no caffeine, no processed sugar and no pharmaceutical energy enhancers. What that means is that Maca boosts your energy in a balanced and sustained manner and that it never stresses your adrenal glands like the aforementioned energy enhancers. Maca contains a variety of amino acids, which are the building blocks of hormones. Research has shown that taking Maca regularly can balance hormones within both men and women. Maca does not contain hormones, but the building blocks from which the body can create them. Because hormones affect various aspects of health, having a balanced and healthy endocrine system can lead to numerous perceived benefits.
Banana?
Bananas are good for your heart. They are packed with potassium, a mineral electrolyte that keeps electricity flowing throughout your body, which is required to keep your heart beating. Bananas' high potassium and low sodium content may also help protect your cardiovascular system against high blood pressure, according to the FDA. Also, Bananas can be helpful in overcoming depression "due to high levels of tryptophan, which the body converts to serotonin, the mood-elevating brain neurotransmitter," Flores said Laura Flores, a San Diego-based nutritionist. Plus, vitamin B6 can help you sleep well, and magnesium helps to relax muscles.
Lucuma?
Lucuma delivers an abundance of healthy benefits when added to your favorite food or beverage. In addition to satisfying your sweet tooth, lucuma is gluten-free and a source of antioxidants, fiber, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals necessary for bodily functions and of benefit to the immune system.Lucuma has been used for centuries in South America for its medicinal properties, according to a report from the Third World Network. Rutgers University conducted a study that evaluated the anti-inflammatory effect of lucuma extract on wound healing and skin aging. Results of the trial determined that lucuma significantly increased wound closure and promoted tissue regeneration. The report of the study concluded that lucuma may have anti-inflammatory, anti-aging and skin-repair effects on human skin.
